I graduated from UW Madison with a bachelor's in Art Education. I was the first Development director for the United Council of UW Students where I developed and coordinated scaffolded issue based statewide educational conferences for adult learners. I have been an arts educator since; developing client oriented content in accordance to company standards and managing the learning of 500 people over the course of 5 years.
I have an authentic knack for taking in new information and packaging it in a way that facilitates learning across a variety of identities. I take pride in my ability to optimize efficiency by coordinating the management of people, events, systems and finances. I bring creative problem solving to every task, my artistic skills extend beyond traditional media to programming and coding - a great asset to any company.
I want to contribute my brand of efficient, effective and fun instructional design across a wider strata. I am looking for an opportunity to work with a team that runs on clear communication. I want to align myself with a company I believe in and where I can create positive change. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.
